Make a link for what you are owed, hand it to the customer however suits, and they pay on their own phone. Nothing to install, no account for them to make, and no card details anywhere near you.

What it is for, and how much. Set a fixed figure, or leave it open and let the payer type one. The page prints the limit, so nobody is refused after they have typed.

The same link is an address you can text, a QR code drawn on your own screen, or a panel inside your own website. One thing to keep track of instead of three.

The payer gets a receipt page that keeps working for ninety days. You see how many times the link was opened, and every payment lands on the same statement as everything else you take.
Card details never reach us
The fields on the payment page belong to the payment provider, not to this platform. We are handed a token and never a card number, on any path, at any point.
The amount cannot come from a browser
It is worked out on our side. The figure the page displayed is compared against it, never trusted, so an edited page charges the right amount or nothing at all.
One press is one payment
A double press, a second tab or a retry on a bad signal returns what became of the first attempt. A nervous customer cannot pay you twice by accident.
Lose the code, reprint it
The address is worked out from a secret rather than stored, so the same link comes back. A QR code on a table card does not become rubbish because somebody closed a window.
Stop it in one press
Instantly, for everyone holding it, including anything already printed. Or give it an end date up front: any number of days, or none at all.
Card or bank, your choice per link
Offer both or just one. Where a card fee applies it is named and shown on its own line before they commit, and a bank payment is never asked for one, in those words.
