For agent offices

Give your agents the technology to grow.

You already have agents. We provide the payments their merchants want, the tools they run themselves and the reporting they can read, so adding the next ten is a record rather than a project, and none of them is waiting on you for a number.

  • One runEverybody owed for a month, prepared and approved together, not a spreadsheet per agent.
  • Two peopleA payment run cannot be approved by whoever raised it. The database enforces it, not a habit.
  • Own book onlyEach agent’s reach is worked out from their own position and only ever goes downward.

What you are standing on

Your organisation, on technology you did not have to build.

Your brand and your terms, your agents underneath you, their merchants under them, and one platform carrying the payments, the reporting and the payouts for all of it.

Technology, so you can growAdding an agent is a record, not a project. The reporting, the statements and the payout run already exist and already know how to include them.
Payments, on enterprise railsCard present, online, invoices and wallets, on one account per merchant, so what your agents sell is one thing, not four integrations.
Tools your agents use themselvesEach of them signs in to their own portfolio and their own working. They are not waiting on you for a number.

Paying them

One period, one approval, nothing edited afterwards.

Pay a period

Everyone owed for a month, prepared as one run: prepared, reviewed, posted, paid. You approve the run, not thirty separate figures.

Approved by someone else

Whoever raised the run cannot be the one who approves it, and the second step asks for the authenticator again. That is a rule in the database, not an office convention.

Corrections are new entries

Nothing is edited after the fact. A correction is another row, so what was paid in March still reads as it did in March.

Your own share, same run

What your office keeps is worked out in the same run by the same arithmetic, so there is no second calculation to reconcile against.

Transparency

Close the trust gap before it opens.

Vague statements are what turn a sales force into a queue of “where is my money” questions. Your agents see their own portfolio and their own working, and when a residual moves the platform shows what moved it (volume, mix, pricing, an account that left) rather than leaving anyone to guess from two totals.

Check the numbers, not just the totalThe detail behind every figure is there to be read, line by line. It is how a real discrepancy gets found rather than assumed away.
Hand over a job without handing over the economicsRoles let somebody do support, or onboarding, or reporting, without seeing your office’s own economics. Most of them see none of it at all.
Everyone sees their ownAn agent sees their book. Their sub-agents see theirs. Nobody sees sideways, and that is structural rather than a setting to get wrong.

What you stop maintaining

The spreadsheet that runs your office.

The split workbook

Your Schedule A, overrides and exceptions become dated records the monthly run reads directly, so the calculation and the agreement cannot drift apart.

The monthly statement mail-out

Each agent is told when their month is posted and when a payment is recorded to them. You are not the distribution list.

The “can you check my residual” e-mail

The working is on the screen they already have: what the account earned, every charge against it, and their own share of it.
