Simphony bridge
In pilotRun your Simphony venue from one plain screen.
For venues on Oracle Simphony: change the menu, prices, printers and tills in one console built for the people who run the venue, review every change together, and push it once.
What you can change
Open an area, pick a record, change it in a drawer.
The areas are in the order a person works, in plain words, with the system's own names kept out of the way.
Menu and choices
Categories, items, prices, buttons and where each item prints, with the modifier groups a guest chooses from.
Prices and hours
Price levels such as lunch and happy hour, the times that switch them, serving periods and dated seasons.
Printers and kitchen
Where each order prints or shows, including the routing for every revenue centre and the kitchen screens.
Money
Ways to pay, discounts, service charges and tax.
Tills and tables
Each till and handheld, its screens and cash drawers, the revenue centres, tables and order types.
Receipts and reasons
The lines printed on checks and receipts, and the reasons staff pick for a void or a discount.
Review, then push
Nothing is sent when you press Save.
Every change joins one change set. You see the whole set and what each change affects, then send it once.
Where it stands
In use at a pilot venue, with its limits named.
Today
- The console for menu, prices, printers, tills, tables, money and receipts, pushing live changes at a pilot venue.
- Time cards read from Simphony for labor and tip pooling.
Not yet
- Every Oracle setting. A few have no published way to write them; the console lists those and they stay in Oracle's own tools.
- Moving a venue from Simphony to VitaPOS in one step. It is being built from the console's copy of your configuration.
Tell us about your Simphony venue.
Which locations, what you change most often, and what takes too long today. We will show you those changes in the console.
